Tali is originally from Australia and has a big love for people, places, and new adventures. Tali has a curious spirit, and brings warmth, energy, and a sense of fun to everything she does. Tali’s professional journey has taken her from the legal world to community-focused roles, where she thrives on making a real difference in people’s lives.

What do you do at Work Avenue?
As Recruitment Coordinator, I support individuals on their journey to meaningful employment. Whether it’s helping someone return to work, change careers, or take their first step into the job market, I guide them with empathy and purpose. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same – helping people find work that truly fits their skills and aspirations.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Travelling with my husband to far-flung corners of the world. Top moments so far? Snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef and soaking up the sunshine on the island of Capri.

Where’s your favourite place in the world?
Israel!

I once got lost in the jungles of Costa Rica – it was terrifying at the time, but now makes for a great story!
