He is the founder of PPC Republic, a digital marketing agency that generates new business leads for its clients through pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

How to manage stress and build resilience.  Simon Rickman of PEAK Performance and Potential, takes through the principles and practices of building resilience, enabling people to improve their coping mechanisms and increase their wellbeing.

Simon is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  As a leadership development coach and mentor, he specialises in working with individuals and teams to help them make a significant change in their professional performance.  As a seasoned practitioner, Simon has successfully led recruitment and HR departments in companies such as Accenture, Waitrose and American Express, as well as SMEs and charities.

Adam Katz: Adam is an ex ‘Big-4’ Management Consultant, having spent 5 years between PwC and EY in their People Consulting practices. Over the last 4 years, Adam has been sitting on ‘the other side of the table’ as an internal management consultant at Whitbread Plc (Premier Inn), where he helps business leaders Design, communicate & implement their strategies. More recently, Adam has started his own career and business coaching company, and has developed a high impact LinkedIn presence in this space – both in terms of views, engagement, and sales.

Simon Rickman:  Simon is a freelance leadership development coach and mentor.  He set up his own Limited company Peak Performance & Potential  nearly two years ago having spent most of his career working for Corporates such as Accenture, Pinsent Masons and American Express.  Simon has experience of taking the plunge from the relative ‘comfort’ of the 9-5 work environment, to managing the peaks and troughs of working on his own and with little support.

Joanna Sadie: Joanna heads up the Business Team at Work Avenue. Following a successful career in Sales working for high profile media owners Joanna established her own Sales Training and Consultancy business. She has extensive experience helping founders and directors of SME’s and Start-Up’s devise business plans, develop sales and marketing strategies in order to help her clients to set and achieve their business goals.
