Adam Taub
Adam’s career has taken him from practicing as an Intellectual Property lawyer, to guiding leaders as a business communications consultant, as well as retraining as a teacher. He is a specialist in preparing presentations, training teams to present well, and is a senior executive coach. He has worked with company boards, senior managers and sales teams, helping them to craft and deliver their message to maximise impact in front of an audience, change minds, inspire audiences and win business. His clients have included Vodafone, T-Mobile, Coutts, Hewlett Packard, Astra Zeneca, GSK and BT.
Adam Bloch
Adam Bloch is head of Fusion Recruitment and has over 25 years Executive Search and Recruitment and Consulting. He co founded a consulting group in 2009 to respond to the recruitment needs of ambitious, dynamic companies. He began his career with Morgan Howard, a boutique company, and then joined Renoir Partners as a founding employee, focusing on the board and senior management teams in the US and Europe.
Charlotte Collins
Charlotte is the Editor-in-Chief of SheerLuxe, a leading luxury lifestyle publication. In this role, she oversees the editorial direction and content strategy of the brand, ensuring it resonates with its discerning audience. With a background at prestigious publications like Vogue, Burberry, and GQ, Charlotte brings a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of the evolving landscape of fashion journalism and beyond.
She will be sharing her journey to this impressive role, challenges along the way, and what she looks for when recruiting for Sheerluxe.
David Freedman
David is CEO of Confero Call Centres and Confero Workspace, an outsourced contact centre and serviced office business based in North West London. Having run the business for 23 years, he brings deep insight into recruitment, leadership, and building teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences. His hands-on experience hiring and developing staff means he can offer practical, first-hand advice on how to interview well and what employers are really looking for.
Eszter Bobvos
Eszter is Head of People & Culture at JW3. She has over 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the charity sector – including learning disabilities and women’s aid. In her current position at JW3, Eszter is responsible for creating and delivering the organisation’s people strategy, ensuring that people practices and initiatives reflect its vision and values. Her areas of expertise include values-based recruitment, employee relations, people management and learning and development. She is particularly passionate about fostering an empathetic and inclusive culture in which people feel fulfilled, valued, and supported to achieve their professional goals

Melanie is Head of Employment at Work Avenue and a MCIPD-qualified human resources professional and career coach. She has extensive experience working at senior level across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. At Work Avenue, Melanie contributes her HR expertise to support clients looking for employment. Her insight spans both sides of the job market: as a recruiter and as a coach helping job-seekers identify roles that match their skills. She works closely with clients to rebuild their confidence, make decisions on the next steps in their career and present their skills well. Her approach to career development is practical and realistic.
Richard Linden
Richard is an Employment Adviser at Work Avenue and a qualified careers advisor (PGDip). He has a real passion for supporting people from all walks of life into employment and shares practical advice on job-seeking and career planning based on extensive experience. Richard is an expert on CVs and cover letters, time-management for job searching, and how to use tools like AI to support job applications. He is committed to helping clients articulate their skills and experiences in a way that aligns with employers’ expectations, and to support them through what can be a challenging job search process.
