Kisharon Langdon has an exciting opportunity for a Social Work Administrator/Duty Worker to join their growing team in North London.

About the Role:

Working as part of the Operations Team, the Social Work Administrator/Duty Worker will provide day to day administrative support to the Social Work Team. This will include acting as point of contact for the team, liaising with internal departments on behalf of managers and general administration/clerical duties.

The Social Work Administrator/Duty Worker will work, as directed by the Head of Social Work, to ensure a high quality administrative support service is developed and maintained across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a point of contact for telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries relating to the Social Work team.

• Provide general office duties including typing, photocopying, data-input, emailing, telephone queries, and diary management.

• Answer, screen and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.

• Produce reports and management information in association with action plans and manager requests.

• Provide general administrative support to the Social Work Team and other staff members as required.

About You:

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, you will have previous experience of providing administrative support to senior managers and a methodical and thorough approach to work. Experience of working in a social work setting and with people with a learning disability or autism is desirable but not essential. You will have a good telephone manner and the ability to respond to enquiries via email and over the telephone.
