About the role
A growing, founder-led manufacturer is looking for a Sales Representative to help expand its presence. The company creates bespoke pieces, with a focus on tiles, stone and ceramics, and has a factory team and administrator supporting its work. Based at the factory, you’ll spend time on the road building relationships with customers and developing new business. The role will cover both volume opportunities with smaller tile shops and bespoke projects for individual clients.
What you’ll do
• Identify and develop sales opportunities in the luxury hotel market.
• Visit tile shops, prospective clients and bespoke customers to present the company’s materials and capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships across both volume and bespoke markets.
• Work with the factory team to understand client requirements and the possibilities for bespoke production.
• Coordinate with the administrator to support client follow-up and sales activity.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and KPIs, with commission linked to performance.
About you
• You have access to a car and are comfortable travelling to meet clients.
• You are confident building relationships with a range of customers.
• You are interested in bespoke materials, including tiles, stone or ceramics.
• You are organised and motivated to develop new sales opportunities and work toward targets.
You must have excellent written and spoken english.
