Security Risk Specialists Ltd (SRS) is an accredited Security and Front of House company based in Angel.

The Security and Front of House industry is dynamic market and SRS has successfully established itself in Central London providing services to Small to Medium organizations since 2016.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Director to join our dynamic and friendly team. You will be responsible for lead generation and sales approaches and will be expected to create new revenue streams and help the company grow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales in the Security and/or Front of House sectors in the UK and will be well versed with the sector, sales cycles and lead generation in the industry.

The position is suitable for an individual who is highly presentable, motivated and is looking for career progression and professional development and who relishes the sales space.

Responsibilities:

· Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

· Attending trade shows/ Expos

· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

· Identifying potential opportunities and developing key growth sales strategies, identifying relevant data base with potential clients and being able to transform such data base into a pipeline of leads

· Lead an active social media presence to attract potential clients and strengthen the company`s brand identity

· Work closely with the CEO to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies to achieve your financial targets.

· Expectations will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Person Specification:

· Having an industry following within the Security/ Front of House/Reception industry will be extremely desirable

· Extremely Presentable appearance is a must-have

· Full proficiency with CRM system/s pipeline management

· Proven track-record in Lead generation right from scratch and onto contact negotiation and signage

· Excellent telephone skills ability to pick up the phone daily to make circa 20-30 calls per day

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our services

· Proven ability to position services against competitors

· Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
