Fame Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency based in North West London who operate within the professional services sectors. Founded over 25 years ago and with a small team of consultants, we are continuously expanding and growing within our industry.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a role that will give you a springboard into a highly successful ‘people first’ recruitment consultancy. One that has solid foundations, a long-standing team and strong leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Building and managing an engaged network of clients and candidates within the finance and real estate industries predominantly.
• Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients.
• Proactively maximising business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
• Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
• Support Manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment
What are we looking for?
• Demonstrated success in delivering and exceeding targets
• Experience as a 360 or 180 recruiter in an agency with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients
• Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team goals
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for working in recruitment
