Our Finchley office is seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join our thriving team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to handle a diverse portfolio of property and secured lending matters. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development and the chance to work with prestigious clients in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions

• Advising lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters

• Conducting due diligence on property portfolios

• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation

• Handling property acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions

• Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities

• Mentoring junior members of the team

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE

• Strong track record in property law and secured lending

• Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers

• Excellent knowledge of property law and secured lending practices

• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently

Essential Skills

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
