Job Description

We are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team as a plumber. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some plumbing experience who is keen to further develop their skills within the trade.

The successful candidate will receive training and support to develop their knowledge and capabilities.

We are seeking someone who demonstrates a mature and professional approach to work, has a strong willingness to learn, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. A positive attitude and a proactive, “can-do” mindset are essential.

Initially, the role will be part-time during the training period, with the aim of potentially progressing to full-time employment as experience develops.

We are particularly interested in applicants who are genuinely committed to learning the trade and building a long-term career, rather than those seeking short-term work.

This is a self employed position.

Person Specification

• Some previous plumbing experience is desirable, though full qualifications are not required.

• A genuine interest in plumbing and domestic gas work, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.

• A reliable and mature attitude towards work and responsibilities.

• A positive work ethic and “can-do” attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and learn through practical training.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Drivers License essential.
