About Us:

We are a growing real estate investment company focused on acquiring residential and commercial properties across the UK. We pride ourselves on being efficient, results-driven, and client-focused. As we expand, we're looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join on a part-time basis.

Role Overview:

The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and assisting with occasional site visits and property viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and scheduling

• Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients, tenants, and partners

• Organise and maintain company files, records, and databases

• Support property managers with coordination of site visits and viewings

• Attend occasional property viewings or inspections as needed

• Assist with basic tech tasks (e.g., uploading listings, using CRM software, etc.)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools and systems

• UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for site visits)

• Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Previous admin or real estate experience is a plus but not essential
