Hours: 10:00am – 3:30/4:00pm

Salary: £13–£15 per hour (depending on experience), with regular salary reviews and opportunities for progression.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive individual to join our growing lettings team. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will help ensure properties are ready to let and that the lettings process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with estate agents to ensure properties are ready to market. 

• Chasing updates on properties and keeping the lettings pipeline up to date. 

• Coordinating property inspections and ensuring any required work is completed. 

• Liaising with contractors and colleagues to make sure properties are cleaned, prepared and ready for new tenants. 

• Following up on outstanding actions and taking ownership of tasks. 

• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems. 

• Providing excellent telephone and administrative support to the team. 

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills. 

• Proactive, with plenty of initiative and common sense. 

• Comfortable using computer systems and keeping accurate records. 

• Reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn. 

• Someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion.
