Intertax Consulting Limited are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a full or part-time basis. Based at our office in Hendon (NW London) and with flexibility over hours, this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a positive work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
· Managing a portfolio of clients on QuickBooks and Excel.
· Complete VAT returns and file VAT returns online.
· preparation of management information and reports.
· Company House confirmation statements and reporting.
· Dealing and taking on board new clients.
· Dealing with AML and company compliance.
· Issuing invoices and controlling the billing.
· Ad hoc duties as and when required
What do we need from you?
• At least 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
• Confident working directly with clients.
