Jewish Futures is a platform that connects multiple Jewish educational brands under one roof, working from the same deeply ingrained core values, seeking to build stronger connections with Jews of all ages and backgrounds. Jewish Futures is entering an exciting chapter with great aspirations for the next few years.

The organisation is also experiencing exponential expansion across all the organisations and we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to manage and guide the day to day operations of Jewish Futures and its organisations into this new and exciting era. This is an important role in a large, Jewish educational charity that functions as a platform for a number of organisations delivering focussed strategies within the Jewish Future’s family. It

requires being able to assess, balance and manage the operational needs of individual member organisations and leaders whilst ensuring that the operations of the entire organisation run efficiently. The role requires outstanding organisational, communication and leadership skills plus an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.

Management of the entire back-end of the organisation, plus line management of central operational staff, HR & other such departments whilst supporting and providing consultation to the MD are key elements of this role.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• A deep passion, understanding and love for Judaism and a sense of responsibility for its people

• Minimum 5 years Senior Management level experience

• Experience in communal and charitable organisations

• An ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple organisational needs & personnel

• Strong Leadership skills and background as well as proven Operations and People Management skills

• Business, Financial Management and HR are essential in this role
