Rose Communications Group is an Ofcom registered and expanding telecoms company. We have two brands under the RCG umbrella; Alfonica is our business division and RCUK is our consumer division. RCUK was established in 1999 as a phone and device rental business. Today, we’re a dynamic company offering bespoke communication solutions for both businesses and consumers, with a B2B team who travel across the UK to clients and three retail branches in London and Manchester.

Main responsibilities:

As Accounts Administrator, you will be reporting to RCG’s Financial Controller and be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable and payable, keeping organised records and supporting the Financial Controller with general administrative duties and ad hoc work projects. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Some of the main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for updating accounting software and maintaining accurate financial input

• Monthly bank reconciliation

• Assisting our Credit Controller with accounts receivable

• Responsible for Salestar invoicing and payments

• Manage the rental invoicing and payments

• Entering supplier invoices in accounting software

• Ensuring up to date records of our internal database

• Assisting the Financial Controller

Required skills and abilities:

• At least 2 years Accounts/Bookkeeping experience

• Experience using accounting software

QuickBooks experience is essential

• Proactive and organised

• Able to take responsibility and initiative

• Must be able to prioritise workload effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Attention to detail
