Job Description:

Alfonica is an Ofcom registered and expanding telecoms company specialising in end-to-end business communication 

solutions, and we have over 20 years' experience in delivering exceptional service. Our solutions are designed to help 

our clients connect, communicate and collaborate with ease.

Alfonica is part of the Rose Communications Group. We have two brands under the RCG umbrella; Alfonica is our

business division and RCUK is our consumer division. RCUK was established in 1999 as a SIM and device rental business. Today, we’re a dynamic company offering bespoke communication solutions for both businesses and 

consumers, with a B2B team who travel across the UK to clients and three retail branches in London and Manchester.

Main responsibilities:

As B2B Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Graphic Design team on a wide variety of marketing activities and strategies for Alfonica. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

• Lead, plan and execute B2B marketing campaign activities in an organised manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Report on marketing campaign results and take ownership of ROI.

• Develop and deliver Alfonica’s content strategy, working directly with the Marketing Manager and external agencies.

• Lead on creative content (online and for print) including adverts, PDFs, emails, brochures, blog posts, in-storescreen displays, banners and landing pages with our in house Graphic Design team.

• Lead on Alfonica’s continued website development, working with an external developer.

• Co-ordinate activities working with the wider RCG marketing team members.

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

• Manage all BAU tasks for Alfonica including billing ads, email signatures and digital screen displays.

• Support the Marketing Manager in delivering agreed B2B activities. Required skills and abilities

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a marketing role

• Experience in B2B marketing is essential.

• Experience in the telecoms industry is preferable but not essential

• Experience in B2C marketing activities is preferable but not essential

• Strong command of the full marketing mix, both traditional and digital

• Must be able to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail are essential

• Stakeholder management skills – working with colleagues, partners and external agencies
