Hours: Full time position, Monday to Friday but we would consider a minimum of 32 hours per week for the right candidate looking for some flexibility.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with diversity, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to make a substantial contribution to our agency's growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will showcase a profound understanding of the Amazon platform, to drive strategic and efficient outcomes in this role.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
● Oversee the processing and assessment of incoming leads, conducting audits and evaluations to secure new business opportunities and expand the client base.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Client Onboarding and Strategy:
● Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the agency's strategies.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, providing strategic insights to optimise their Amazon presence.
Implementation and Monitoring:
● Work closely with the team to help implement and execute strategies effectively.
● Oversee ongoing projects and campaigns, ensuring they adhere to the objectives and agreements established with the client
Content Growth and Improvement:
● Identify opportunities to expand FBU Solution’s content offering and sales pipeline.
● Improve content creation processes to enhance efficiency and quality for our clients.
Audit and Presentation:
● Conduct and oversee thorough audits of client accounts and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
● Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on audit results.
Team Support and Leadership:
● Serve as a leader within the content team, supporting team members in their roles.
● Assist in team growth by participating in recruitment processes and contributing to team training and development.
Quality and Systems Enhancement:
● Work towards improving the overall quality of content produced by the team.
● Identify and implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Succession Planning:
● Act as a backup for the CEO in areas related to sales and client management, providing support and ensuring continuity.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in sales and client management within the Amazon ecosystem.
● Strong understanding of Amazon e-commerce strategies.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Leadership experience, with a focus on team growth and development.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
● Experience in solving issues and problems with competitors is also a plus.
