Job description: 

Our firm is looking for a reliable, motivated and skilled office administrator for our North West London (Hendon) office.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to tenants and clients on the phone, in person and online
  • Supporting senior employees with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Organising meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Entry-level bookkeeping using Quickbooks software
  • Maintaining and updating our company's social media profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be motivated, hard-working and reliable
  • Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and busy work environment
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient with standard office IT software
  • Previous experience with property management and bookkeeping is preferred but not essential.
