Hours: Part time, 16 hours per week (3-4 days, 10-4pm).

Happy Homes is seeking a part-time Administrator to join their small, friendly and growing team. They are looking for someone who is a team player, comfortable working on their own initiative, but also able to collaborate with staff in both their London and Manchester offices. The post has potential to become permanent.  

The role includes primarily supporting the property management team with a range of responsibilities including:

• Inputting, managing and extracting data related to properties using MS Excel and our internal management software (training will be given)

• Preparing tenancy related paperwork

• Responding to phone calls and emails from tenants, agents and other parties

• Assisting with general administration and basic legal support on property related matters (training will be given)

• Conducting market analysis and research to present to Management for their decision making processes

• Opportunities to get involved with other aspects of the business

The ideal candidate will be personable and organised, with strong communication skills and technical fluency (in particular MS Word & Excel). Previous property experience is essential. As well as the following:

• Excellent team player who appreciates the importance of personal integrity and trust

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Effective and professional communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Proven ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, tenants, clients and third parties

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

• A good attitude with the desire to master new skills and adapt to new challenges
