How to Communicate Perfectly

Whether you’re managing a team or building relationships with clients and suppliers, the ability to communicate in a way that truly resonates with each individual is essential.

Join us on Thursday 5th February 2026, 9:30–11:30am, for a Sounding Board: Speaker Special, where we’ll explore how different personality types respond to different communication styles. This session is designed to help you communicate with confidence and impact—so your message lands exactly as intended.

The Sounding Board is a monthly peer-to-peer forum where like-minded small business owners come together to discuss challenges, share insights and exchange practical advice on all aspects of running a business.

For this Speaker Special, we’re delighted to welcome Ashley Boroda, a certified iMA practitioner. iMA is a powerful yet simple communication framework that helps prevent misunderstandings and improves the way teams and customers connect. Ashley’s training helps businesses boost productivity, reduce stress and strengthen working relationships.

At this event, you’ll learn how to:

  • Connect with people more effectively
  • Elevate and refine your communication style
  • Reduce stress and increase sales

Don’t miss this opportunity to sharpen your communication skills and transform the way you engage with others.

There will be an opportunity to mingle and network after the presentation.
