A programme designed for women, supporting a confident return to work with clarity, skills, and practical tools.
Career Reboot will support women who face barriers such as outdated skills, low confidence, CV gaps and childcare challenges. This programme brings together training, mentoring, networking and employer engagement to help participants build confidence, update their skills and move into sustainable employment.
Whether you’re unsure of where to start or just need a confidence boost, this course will give you everything you need to take your next step re-entering the workplace.
The programme includes:
– IT Skills training in Marketing, Finance, Administration and Fundraising
– Mentor assigned for each participant
– Cohort Support
– Access to funded Ofstead-accredited childcare during training and interviews
