Joseph Gale
Joseph Gale is the founder of Innate AI, an AI transformation company that helps mid-sized businesses understand, adopt and make practical use of artificial intelligence. He works with organisations to develop AI strategies and build custom AI tools tailored to their business needs.
Joseph works with clients across a range of industries, including merchandising, retail, real estate and financial services, helping businesses identify where AI can create efficiencies, improve processes and support growth.
Prior to founding Innate AI, Joseph spent four years at McKinsey & Company, working as an Engagement Manager in both London and New York.
His entrepreneurial journey began at Oxford University, where he co-founded a technology startup, combining his interest in technology, innovation and business.
Glen White
Glenn White is a Trainer and AI Consultant who helps businesses turn complex technology into strategies for growth. His work focuses on Generative AI, helping organisations understand how to adopt while maintaining a strong commitment to responsible and ethical practice.
As a Lead Coach and Trainer for Google Digital Garage, Grow with Google and UpSkill Universe, Glenn has supported hundreds of SMEs across the UK and Ireland with AI, digital marketing and business growth.
He also designs and delivers AI training for leaders and professionals across a wide range of sectors. His work has included leadership-focused AI programmes with LCT International, Digital Marketing and AI bootcamps for the creative sector through Mastered, and AI training supporting European workers navigating changes to the workplace through Google.org and Quadmark.
His specialist expertise lies in making Generative AI accessible and useful, giving businesses and professionals the practical skills and confidence to use it to improve efficiency, encourage innovation and support sustainable growth.
