10:30 – 11:25:  Session 2: Building Brilliant Client and Customer Relationships

Simon Sadie, Global Client President WPP Media will help you to explore:

  • How to build trust with clients
  • How to differentiate between what clients say and what they mean
  • How to get a better understanding of the way clients remember how they feel more than what they say

This session will include practical suggestions and exercises that can help you evaluate your client and customer relationships.

Success starts with knowing your destination. In this session, Jonny Goldstone & Julia Blackman from EOS Worldwide will share how to define your business vision, map the steps to get there, and stay on track when challenges arise — so every action moves you closer to your goals.

  • Plan the route to identify the steps to achieve it
  • Handle the bumps in order to stay on course through challenges

Rachel Ellison

Rachel Ellison MBE

Rachel coaches global C-suite and senior leaders in multinational commercial, public, and third-sector organisations. She works across industries including banking, law, electronics, automotive, retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, government, healthcare, and NGOs.

A former BBC news correspondent and international project director, Rachel created and led diverse, award-winning teams in post-conflict zones and emerging economies such as Afghanistan, Myanmar, the former Soviet Union, and Kenya. She has worked with leaders from more than 45 different cultures, tribes, nations, and organisational systems.

Her specialist expertise is in creating resilience and preventing burnout, as well as leading in crises and in environments marked by acute uncertainty, vulnerability, and ambiguity.

She is the author of Global Leadership & Coaching: Flourishing Under Intense Pressure at Work (Routledge, 2019).

Awards include:

An MBE for the promotion of human rights and the self-empowerment of women in Afghanistan.

An Honorary Doctorate from Middlesex University for her contribution to thought leadership and the field of coaching.

Simon is a Global Client President at the marketing services group, WPP.  He leads the global partnership with adidas, a role he was appointed to in 2024 following a decade building WPP’s relationship with Mars

Simon has had a varied career, defined by building high-functioning teams in fast-changing, competitive situations.

He is a trained “Three Principles” practitioner, focused on helping people to understand how ‘state of mind’ impacts their ability to operate to their true potential.

Jonny Goldstone

Between 2006 and 2023, Jonny Goldstone co-founded, scaled, exited, reacquired, turned-around and re-exited the UK’s first environmentally friendly private hire company, Green Tomato Cars (GTC). Inspired by the impact of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) on his second stint with GTC, Jonny committed his future to helping other business leaders enjoy the sort of success and freedom he had experienced.

Julia Blackman

Julia Blackman

Julia Blackman is an entrepreneur, investor and mentor with over 20 years of hands-on experience.  In 2003 Julia co-founded a business that raised significant funds for the film industry and other sectors.  Since then she has invested in and guided businesses across diverse sectors – from hairdressing to property development to education – helping leaders navigate challenges and achieve meaningful growth.  Now, as a Professional EOS Implementer, Julia helps business leaders get more of what they want from their businesses.
