We are an established London-based charity that has grown significantly in recent years, expanding both the range of services we offer and the number of people we support.
As we continue to grow, we want to ensure our systems, processes and ways of working evolve with us.
We’re looking for an experienced consultant to take a fresh, independent look at how our organisation operates and help us identify opportunities to work smarter, simplify processes and make better use of technology.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a successful, ambitious charity as we embrace the next generation of digital tools, automation and AI.
The Opportunity
You’ll spend time with different teams across the organisation, understanding how we work, how information flows and where there are opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration and the experience of both our staff and our clients.
We’re not looking for someone to simply recommend new software.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, asks thoughtful questions and enjoys understanding how organisations really work before recommending change.
Ultimately, we want to create an organisation where our people spend less time on administration and more time supporting the individuals, businesses and communities we exist to serve.

You might come from a background in:
- Management Consultancy

More important than your job title is your approach.
You’ll enjoy getting under the skin of an organisation, understanding why things work the way they do and helping people find better ways of working.
You’ll combine strong analytical thinking with an understanding of modern systems, automation and AI, recognising that sometimes the best solution is changing a process rather than introducing new technology.
Experience working with charities would be a significant advantage but is not essential.

We are looking for a practical roadmap that will help shape the next stage of our development.
- Opportunities to simplify and improve processes
- Ways to make better use of existing technology
- Opportunities for automation and AI
- Priorities for future investment
- A phased plan for implementation
The emphasis should be on practical recommendations that can realistically be delivered.

- Your Approach: How you approach process discovery in mission-driven/non-profit environments, particularly with non-technical teams.
- Relevant Experience: 2 examples of similar process/tech audits for charities, social enterprises or person-centred service organisations (ideally with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 systems).
- Sample Deliverable: An anonymised past roadmap or process summary showing how you present findings clearly to leadership.
- Time Allocation & Commercials: A simple breakdown of how you would allocate your days across the phases (interviews, analysis, roadmap creation, presentation), along with your daily rate/fixed fee and start availability.
