Work Avenue is looking for an experienced Business and Digital Transformation Consultant to help us identify opportunities to work smarter, simplify processes and make better use of technology.

As an established London-based charity that has expanded significantly in recent years, we want to ensure our systems, processes and ways of working evolve alongside our growth.

This is an exciting freelance opportunity to take a fresh, independent look at how our organisation operates as we embrace the next generation of digital tools, automation and AI.

• Systems specialists with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Change strategists able to build clear, practical and phased implementation roadmaps for leadership.
