Work Avenue is looking for an experienced Business and Digital Transformation Consultant to help us identify opportunities to work smarter, simplify processes and make better use of technology.
As an established London-based charity that has expanded significantly in recent years, we want to ensure our systems, processes and ways of working evolve alongside our growth.
This is an exciting freelance opportunity to take a fresh, independent look at how our organisation operates as we embrace the next generation of digital tools, automation and AI.
If you fall into one, or more, of the categories below then we’d love to connect with you:
Melanie Pearl, Work Avenue’s Head of Employment, said: “We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, asks thoughtful questions and enjoys getting under the skin of an organisation – understanding why things work the way they do before recommending change.
“We want the emphasis to be on practical recommendations that can realistically be delivered.
“Ultimately, we want to create an organisation where our people spend less time on administration and more time supporting the individuals, businesses and communities we exist to serve.”
To find out more or express formal interest in this freelance consultant assignment (based predominantly from our offices in London N3), please email Melanie Pearl on melanie@theworkavenue.org.uk by Tuesday 1 September with a short proposal covering your approach, relevant experience, a sample deliverable, and your proposed time allocation and commercial terms.
