Finance Assistant – MJ Group International

MJ Group International is a trusted provider of independent international lending valuation advisory services. The company is based in London and serves over 50 national and international banks and lending institutions. This is a part-time hybrid role (office located in Central London) for a Financial Assistant. The Financial Assistant will be responsible for invoicing, finance, and accounting-related tasks, as well as analytical tasks and communication with clients. The role allows for majority homeworking.

Person Specification:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in invoicing and basic accounting tasks
  • Experience with financial systems and tools
  • Extensive experience in Quickbooks, QBO is essential for this role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with international lending and valuation is a plus
