This is an established and growing property management company looking for a capable and enthusiastic person to join our busy North London office. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play an important part in keeping our lettings operation running smoothly — managing enquiries, coordinating appointments, communicating with councils and tenants, and making sure everything is followed through.
We're looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, works efficiently and can take initiative without needing constant supervision.
What you'll be doing
• Managing emails, telephone calls and daily lettings enquiries.
• Communicating with councils, housing organisations and tenants.
• Arranging property viewings, appointments and tenant move-ins.
• Preparing tenancy paperwork and assisting with Universal Credit claims.
• Updating our management systems and keeping accurate records.
• Coordinating outstanding tasks and following up to ensure nothing is missed.
What we're looking for
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident computer skills, including email, Excel and office systems.
• A quick, accurate and efficient approach to work.
• A friendly, professional manner and a positive attitude.
Previous property experience is not essential. We're more interested in your abilities, initiative and willingness to learn. Training in our lettings procedures and systems will be provided.
What we offer
• £27,000–£30,000 per year, depending on ability and experience.
• A friendly and supportive office environment.
• A varied position with genuine responsibility and independence.
• Opportunities to develop and take on more responsibility as the company grows.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based.
If you're someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.
