Working closely with the wider team, the role will help drive fundraising initiatives that support ORT UK’s work both locally, through its ORT JUMP Mentoring and Employability Skills Programmes, and internationally, through the World ORT network, helping to provide young people with the skills, confidence and opportunities to build brighter futures.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a creative and entrepreneurial approach, and a genuine passion for building relationships and making a difference. The ideal candidate will be confident in developing new opportunities, managing multiple projects and bringing fresh ideas and energy to an established and ambitious fundraising programme.

• Ensure supporters, sponsors and donors receive excellent stewardship and regular engagement.

Planning, Reporting & Collaboration

• Manage fundraising and event budgets, ensuring activities are financially effective and deliver strong returns.
