Dental Receptionist – Dentist

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm (with one hour off for lunch), Fri 8am to 2pm.

Job Description 

• Answering the phone and dealing with all enquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Taking payment from patients
• Contacting patients to arrange further appointments
• Dealing with daily emails 

Person Specification 

• Be computer literate
• Have a pleasant telephone manner
• Must enjoy working with the public
• Be able to work under pressure
• Prior experience working in a dental surgery would be of advantage but not essential 

Additional information 

There is no private parking, however the practice is a ten minute walk from Belsize Park underground station.
