We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to an executive in a busy international trading office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who can manage competing priorities, handle confidential material with sound judgment, and ensure that day-to-day professional and personal arrangements run efficiently. The role includes; support with calendar and travel management, confidential correspondence, meeting coordination, and briefing preparation as core responsibilities as well as:

• Manage a diary, appointments, deadlines, and reminders

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting packs, and briefing notes

• Screen and manage emails, telephone calls, and other communications

• Maintain secure electronic and physical filing systems

• Assist with expense claims, invoices, and general administrative matters

• Liaise professionally with clients, advisers, service providers, and counterparties

• Provide occasional personal support and ad hoc project assistance

Person Specification:

Essential requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant at senior administrative level

• Exceptional organisation, time-management, and prioritisation skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and remain calm under pressure

• Absolute discretion and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

• A professional, polished, and service-oriented manner

Desirable

• Experience supporting a senior executive

• Familiarity with corporate, compliance, or financial-services environments

• Additional language skills
