We are seeking a mature, credible and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team full-time, ahead of the opening of our new showroom.
This is a client-facing, appointment-only role for someone who can build trust with clients and take responsibility for projects from the initial consultation through to the finished kitchen. You will create bespoke kitchen designs, guide clients through layout, colour, finishes and materials, and ensure an exceptional, highly personal client experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet clients by appointment in the showroom and understand their requirements, lifestyle and design preferences
• Create bespoke kitchen designs, including layouts, colour schemes, materials, finishes and accessories
• Use Winner Design software to produce professional kitchen plans and presentations
• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements and assess each space’s practical requirements
• Manage projects from initial consultation through to completion, coordinating closely with the owner, suppliers and relevant parties
• Guide clients through product selections and confidently present design recommendations
• Build strong client relationships, follow up on enquiries and convert consultations into sales
Requirements
• Proven experience in kitchen design, interior design or a closely related luxury interiors role
• A strong portfolio of completed kitchen or interior-design projects
• Experience creating bespoke designs, including layouts, colour schemes, materials and finishes
• Experience managing design projects from consultation to completion
• Confident conducting site visits and taking accurate measurements
• Experience using Winner Design software is essential
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the confidence to lead consultations independently
• A polished, professional and warm manner, with the credibility to build lasting client relationships
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the potential to become a key member of the business
