We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day to day finance function, helping to ensure accurate financial records, efficient processes, and excellent service across the organisation. Key Responsibilities

-Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

-Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting double entry bookkeeping.

-Assisting with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

-Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.

– Supporting month end and year end finance processes.

– Liaising with suppliers, clients, and colleagues regarding finance related queries.

-Ensuring all financial information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

– Assisting with general administrative duties within the Finance Department.

Skills and Experience

-Two to three years' experience in an accounts or finance role.

-Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

-Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and double entry accounting.

-Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

-Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

-Strong organisational and time management skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook,

-Accounting or bookkeeping qualifications
