We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Our new and vibrant setting includes a charming back garden, friendly staff, and enhanced staff ratios to ensure optimal care for our children.

 

About the Role:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5

• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

• Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern

• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs

• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

• Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

What You’ll Need:

• Childcare qualification or equivalent (preferred) 

• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred)

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
