Job Summary
We are a fast-growing flower company with a vibrant online presence and a busy warehouse operation. Our mission is to deliver beautiful blooms across Greater London with care, speed, and a personal touch. We’re now looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assist with order processing and delivery coordination
• Use knowledge of Greater London postcodes to support logistics and route planning
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, couriers, and customers and management
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management
• Be willing to learn about flowers, seasonal varieties, and bouquet styles
• Organising Day-to-Day operations with florists, logistics and management
• Work very close with our logistics to ensure smooth deliveries of our bouquets.
• Show proactiveness and initiative when it comes to problem solving and adjusting the necessary products.
Requirements
• Previous experience in office administration or customer service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Greater London geography and postcode system
• Competence in stock control and basic office software (e.g., Excel, email systems)
• Confidently be trusted to use our enlisted systems for website production and tracking (e.g, Detrack, DHL & Shopify)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the floral industry
• Weekend availability
Job Type: Part time/ minimum of 30 hours a week
Shift type: 7am-6pm, x2-3 days a week
