Work Avenue supported more people than ever to find a job, change career, and start or grow a business in 2025.

As the community’s leading employment and business support charity, our 2025 Impact Report demonstrates our success in helping thousands of people into meaningful employment and supporting freelancers, entrepreneurs and small businesses to thrive.

Writing at the start of the report, Work Avenue CEO Debbie Lebrett says: “Welcome to our 2025 Impact Report, and what an incredible year it was, with record high numbers.”

Our successes in 2025 include:

· 4,238 people engaged with Work Avenue services – a 7.5 % increase on 2024

· 512 jobs secured, up 15.5 % from 2024

· 2,427 clients accessed employment support

· 1,311 clients engaged with business services

· 178 Freelance Agency members with £62,000+ invoiced in its first year

· 92 out of 113 clients receiving in-work support remained in their roles

· 161 Wohl Enterprise Hub members, up 30.9 % from 123 in 2024

· 470 vacancies advertised on our Jobs Board – across 15 sectors

· Social media and website engagement increased across all metrics

· Coverage across the Jewish press on our launches, initiatives and events

We are so grateful to everyone who has donated to support this work – ensuring we can continue to help everyone who needs us to earn a living with dignity, and provide for themselves and their families.
