We will take you through all the steps necessary to see if your idea could be a viable business that will earn money rather than it just being a hobby!
Following on from this event you would then be offered ongoing business support in the form of FREE one-to-one business advice meetings as well as our ongoing programme of business workshops, webinars and Events.
What is it?
A one-day bootcamp to work out if your business idea is viable and, if so, how to get it off the ground.
Who is it for?
Anyone who has an idea for a business or side-hustle but may not know where to start.
Criteria:
- Attendees need to have an idea, (or more than one idea) however early stage, for the product or service you intend to sell as a business or side-hustle.
- This Business Bootcamp is not suitable IF you already have customers.
What we will cover:
- Identifying your business proposition – what product or service will you sell and identifying why there is a need for the business idea.
- Your Ideal target market – who will you sell your product or service to.
- Finance – the costs of setting up the business, how you will price your product or service so you can determine the viability.
- How to market the business.
The day will be a mixture of theory, practical brainstorming and exercises. You will work individually and in groups with other people on the Business Bootcamp.
Outcome of the Business Bootcamp
The aim of the day is that you leave with a much clearer idea as to whether you can earn a living or additional income from your business idea and how to make a start.
