Community’s first-ever shared workspace for Manchester opens

We are delighted to have officially opened the Jewish community’s first-ever shared business workspace in Manchester – WE Hub @ The Belmont.

Based in Crumpsall, North Manchester, WE Hub @ The Belmont joins WE Hub London – located in Finchley – as part of the unparalleled support freelancers, start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses across the community provided by Work Avenue.

It offers both hot desk and permanent desk options, along with free business support from Work Avenue’s team of expert advisers. Membership options have been kept at a very affordable level in order to support as many people as possible.

Work Avenue CEO Debbie Lebrett said: “We are delighted to open this first ever communal co-working space in the North West of England.

“It will give entrepreneurs and small business owners, in and around Manchester, the chance to have their own professional workspace and create a strong network with other likeminded people.”

A launch event was attended by local community leaders including Jewish Representative Council of Greater Manchester and Region Chair Mark Adlestone OBE and Chief Executive Marc Levy.

Addressing guests at the event, Marc Adlestone said: “The importance of

accepting support and advice when starting or growing a business is paramount. The

collaborative approach taken by Work Avenue means this great new facility will bring real

benefits to Manchester’s Jewish community.”

Mark Morris added: “Last year, Work Avenue helped more than 4,000 people around the UK

with their employment and business needs. The demand in our community for this kind of

support is greater than ever, so having a base in Manchester now is a very important step.”
