Yes! We don’t charge employers a recruitment fee. If we are successful in filling your vacancy, we will invite you to make a voluntary donation to Work Avenue, helping us continue our services to support the community.

Absolutely. We can help you create or refine a job description, discuss salary benchmarking and provide practical recruitment advice to help attract the right candidates.
Our recruitment team take the time to understand both the role and our candidates that we meet on a daily basis, allowing us to recommend applicants whose skills, experience and career goals are a good fit for your vacancy. Once you’ve identified who you’d like to progress, we’ll liaise directly with candidates to arrange interviews.
Once we receive your vacancy details, a member of our recruitment team will be in touch to discuss the role and next steps. Vacancies can be promoted through our Jobs Board, our WhatsApp job groups and social media channels.
