Karen Ackerman – Director of Production at Two Boys

Karen has always been inspired by telling great stories. From when she was a producer in children’s television, working with contributors to help them tell their story in the most compelling way, was something she loved doing. When she left the world of television, she took all she had learnt and the skills she’d gained to make films for clients mainly in the non-profit sector, through the company she set up, Mediastories. She also found herself in marketing holding roles as Head of Marketing for the charity Camp Simcha and Director of Marketing and Comms for Jewish Care, where she led a team to produce all content, website, films, social media and campaigns. In 2021, she joined forces with Jamie to set up Two Boys Mediastories, our film company. She works with a talented team of directors, camera operators, editors and animators, ensuring they have the right people for any project whatever the size or creative demands.

Mala Ungelson – Very Mad Make Up, Founder

Mala has been a model for Vidal Sasoon and was snapped for J17, Mizz, and Marie Claire to name but a few, and featured in ad campaigns for the likes of Tammy Girl, Bvlgari and Starbucks.

She worked in the acting industry and appeared in some TV staples, whilst freelancing as makeup artist for beauty brands such as MAC and Aveda. Now she is your beauty fairy godmother, inspiring, informing and empowering your beauty decisions with her business Very Mad Make Up.
