Deborah Grunberger

Deborah Gruenberger is founder and creative director of a design and marketing consultancy with over two decades of experience in the startup ecosystem. As a seasoned entrepreneur, lecturer, and an active angel investor, she possesses a keen understanding of the fundraising landscape and the nuances of securing capital for emerging companies. Drawing from her extensive experience, Deborah works closely with founders, offering strategic mentorship and practical guidance in crafting compelling pitch decks, formulating go-to-market strategies, and navigating the intricacies of startup growth.

Aron Keet

Having qualified as an accountant in November 2014, Aron joined Melinek Fine at the end of 2017 bringing with him experience in the preparation and auditing of financial statements of SMEs and charities under UK regulations, as well as advising corporates and private clients on their tax affairs.

At Melinek Fine, Aron manages a varied portfolio of both corporate and individual clients, working closely with David Fishel to develop good relationships with clients and advise them on many aspects of their businesses and personal tax affairs. Aron has a keen interest in implementing Cloud Accounting solutions for clients to move them forward into an increasingly technology driven industry.

Aron trained and qualified through the ACCA at Cohen Arnold where he worked for 6 years and became a manager. He also spent a year in the Assurance and Advisory department at Myers Clark where he gained experience and expertise in audit, including auditing a Championship football club.

Ricky Noimark

Ricky graduated from UCL with a degree in Biochemical Engineering and went into international wholesale. After three years, Ricky moved into accountancy and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson, a top 15 London City firm as part of their graduate programme.

Ricky quickly qualified as a chartered accountant and then took his tax exams to qualify as a chartered tax adviser. Ricky became tax development manager and then director where he lectured extensively and also fielded technical tax queries from across the practice dealing with multiple areas of tax. Once becoming partner, Ricky used that knowledge to advise clients and business owners, always ensuring advice has a commercial edge.

Jonathan Werth

Jonathan is a long term supporter of Work Avenue and the great initiatives created by the team.  In 2021 he sold his stake in an award-winning letting, sales & management agency he co-founded in 2000.  He is an investor, mentor and consultant, using his 34 years+ business experience in property, stockbroking, retail, technology, and start-ups.

Jonathan is currently a Partner at JDBi, a new Venture Capital Fund, and an investor in several start-ups, some of those as part-time advisor. He is also a retained board advisor to GLPG & Jomas Associates. He was an original investor in TECT Risk Insurance Services & Keynest, both exited successfully.

Glenda Levin

Seasoned investment professional with extensive portfolio management experience including long-only investment, hedge funds and allocation for funds-of-funds. Aptitude for picking high quality investment funds, utilising analytical skills and sector knowledge.

A previous partner in a FinTech company providing data services to institutional investors in Hedge Funds & Private Capital Funds.

Jonny Plein

Jonny Plein is a e-commerce and SaaS startup founder and adviser.
He sold his first startup Pouch in 2019 and recently raised ÂŁ2m for his new startup YASO.He advises startups on Growth, Product and Fundraising, with his client having raised ÂŁ10m in VC funding in the last 12 months
