If this past 18 months and the pandemic have shown us nothing else, they have proved the need for and popularity of online shopping.  Whilst online retail had seen a steady increase up to 2019, the growth in 2020 was exponential and is set to stay at a similar level going forward.

Craig Hartzel

Craig is an e-commerce pioneer and has been working in and launching e-commerce businesses since 1999, bootstrapping his own 7 figure brand Me by Me as well as other sites including The Bare Bones Company and Outdoors Optimized.

He developed an e-commerce blueprint that is the culmination of everything he’s learned over the years about what it takes to succeed online: from SEO and conversion rate optimization to social media marketing and content creation.

Not content to rest on his laurels, in the past year, Craig has also launched a You Tube Business Hartz Publishing.

Ben Hofman

Ben is an ex- buyer and Business Development Director with deep knowledge of retail strategies in Europe and started his firm Atlantic Access in 2017.  Atlantic Access helps brands launch the same way they would in the US into the EU market. Targeting Business to Consumer sales through a localised website and managing Amazon from setup to customer service.

Steven Grunhut

Steven Grunhut is the founder and director of Diamond Jewelry United limited and launched his business on eBay in 2007 with the aim of selling diamond jewellery, which was something he was passionate and had a deep knowledge about, having trained for 2 years learning the trade in South Africa and Israel, as well as being a third generation diamond dealer.

The goal of the business was providing large diamonds at relatively affordable prices.

He found that eBay was an easy, fantastic and great resource to sell as well as test his products on before deciding to sell on other online platforms.

His ambition on eBay, was to eventually become the largest seller within his category, which he was achieved within 2 years!

Jodie Cavendish

Jodie has spent the past 10 years of her career managing the designing, manufacturing and selling of products to the UK high street. Her growing list of stockists include NEXT, TKMaxx & Homesense, Urban Outfitters, Paperchase, WH Smith, River Island and Fenwick.
