Utilities Administrative Assistant – Greengate LLP

This role is to join a thriving expanding property business. You would have had experience working in an office environment, where organisation, prioritising and managing deadlines were a key part of the role. You should have strong IT skills and must be comfortable communicating both verbally and via email.

Initial Responsibilities:

  • Checking invoices are correctly received and if not, following up with suppliers
  • Ensuring all invoices have been posted to their correct files
  • Reviewing and querying invoices
  • Liaising with other members of staff to facilitate their requirements with various companies


  • Experience working in an office
  • Good understanding of search engines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
  • Good telephone manner
  • All duties appertaining to the position
