BGI is seeking a motivated, tenacious, high performer with superior communication skills to join our inside sales team. Your primary roll will be to call and secure appointments with executive level management of large multinationals for our sales representatives.

Who are we?

BGI is a firm of tax professionals offering services to large complex organizations across UK and Europe. Our team is dynamic and engaging – the average employee has worked with BGI for 15 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Business to business calling to generate appointments
  • Communicate services through phone and email conversations
  • Maintaining internal database through research

What you bring to the table:

  • Business background with telemarketing or relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong command of English language
  • Dutch, Swedish French, German, Spanish or any European language is an asset although not required

Your Style:

  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively without daily supervision
  • Pleasant and reliable

What we offer:

  • Additional per appointment commission (unlimited potential to earn)

  • 4 weeks annual leave pro rata (but flexible working arrangements possible)

Typical core business hours are initially required (10am – 4pm) although BGI is flexible based on the righ candidate

Experience preferred:

Telemarking: 2 years (required)

Sales: 4 years (required)

*Remunerations:

£15 per hour; 30 hours p/w – basic £23,400

Plus per appointment bonus payments; guideline £2,000 for 100 appts attended pa, £10,000 for 200 appts attended pa.
