Hours: 2 day per week, for around 6/7 hours per day.

A discreet PA opportunity to join a small family office near Marylebone High Street, supporting the directors and wider team. This is not a fast-paced or dynamic role, it suits someone mature, steady and highly discreet who takes pride in keeping a small office running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• General office management and day-to-day administrative support for the principals

• Drafting and preparing correspondence and letters

• Looking after the office's small charity trust), including recording donations and keeping the trust's books

• Making transfers and maintaining an accurate ledger for the trust

• General bookkeeping and keeping accounts up to date

• Staying on top of office bills and ensuring they are paid on time

• General office housekeeping and upkeep, keeping everything running efficiently

• Liaising directly with, and reporting to, the Finance Director

Candidate Profile

• Previous PA and bookkeeping experience essential

• A more mature, settled candidate is preferred, this is a steady, low-key role rather than a dynamic one

• Very high level of discretion is essential, given exposure to sensitive family and financial matters

• Trustworthy, loyal and comfortable working independently in a small, quiet office environment

• Efficient and organised, able to keep things running smoothly with minimal supervision

• Handover to be provided by the outgoing office manager ahead of her departure
