PA to Director – B2O Group

£22,000 to £30,000 (DOE)

Location: Hybrid/Remote (with occasional in-person meetings in a mutually agreed-upon location).

B2O Group are a mechanical and electrical services start up, and are now seeking a PA/Bookkeeper to join their growing company.

The position includes:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, handling day-to-day tasks efficiently and proactively
  • Manage daily communication with clients and suppliers (email & phone)
  • Ad-hoc financial admin, using Xero accounting software
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of vehicle registrations, road tax, MOT, and insurance renewals
  • Ad-hoc support to the wider team as needed

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential (within a fast-paced startup environment is a plus)
  • Previous experience with ad-hoc financial tasks is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of Xero accounting software (training provided if necessary)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
  • Candidate should be motivated, numerate and willing to learn, with the ability to take the initiative
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical services (advantageous)
