Office Manager – Park Lord

Hours: Full time; The candidate will work one day a week in primrose hill, one day in Mayfair, one day out at properties and two days at home. Routine may vary depending on business requirements.

Based in the heart of Mayfair, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing; we are Paperless, Electric & Green.

We are seeking a highly organised, pro active and detail-oriented individual to join our growing business at an exciting time.

The ideal candidate will act as personal assistant to the Director and manage the day to day business operations.

This position is well-suited for an individual with excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in office management/administration in the property sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, and handling general enquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings with both vendors and buyers.
  • Ensure required documents have been provided by buyers/ vendors and that all internal compliance has been adhered to.
  • Prepare and update property listings/brochures and upload property listings across digital platforms/property portals.
  • Prepare contracts, and other relevant documents Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Input and update client information on our database
  • Creating and sending out terms of business / sales letters
  • Raising and paying invoices
  • Assist in the coordination of events and promotional activities

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in similar role within the property sector
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to adapt, be agile and dynamic.
  • Pro activity is key
