Hours: Full time

We are a property development company seeking to hire an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy team.

Overview of role and responsibilities:

• Front of house receptionist

• Liaising with solicitors / professional teams re documentation

• Various form filing exercises (setting up direct debits, bank account opening forms, licensing etc)

• Various printing/scanning tasks

• Organising post and couriers for outgoing documents

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Manage and organise office files, documents, and records

• Assist with data entry and maintaining databases

• Provide general administrative support to staff members as required

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices

• Comfortable working with computerised systems and office equipment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Ability to commute to London W1W 8RW

• Experience within a property related business highly advantageous
