Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team in the vibrant property industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating private and council property lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

– Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements for lettings

– Arrange viewings and negotiate offers

– Build up the relationship with councils and other housing schemes for guaranteed rent leases

– Promote properties through various marketing channels to attract potential tenants

– Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements for property transactions

– Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements

– Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Skills:

– Previous experience in property lettings, especially dealing with council schemes

– Must have an outgoing personality with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be confident and have experience of hitting and exceeding targets.

– Ability to organise and maintain detailed property records efficiently

– Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client relationships effectively

– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally
