About the job

Are you looking for a new and exciting role within an exciting Start up Bar / Staffing agency in London, working 4 days per week in office 1 day remotely within a great London location. You should have a background in working hospitality or events in the luxury sector, and a variety of B2B & B2C clients. Bringing a track record of successful event management and client satisfaction. From maintaining and building client relationships, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication throughout the team. With strong leadership skills, capable of leading project teams, negotiating with suppliers, client liaison, recruiting staff, and overseeing pre-production planning & on the day execution for any given event.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of key client accounts.

• Outstanding client service while managing budgets and proactively managing client expectations.

• Business development – B2B / B2C

• Maintain and build client relationships.

• Ensure effective communication between director, internal team and suppliers.

• Administrative tasks such as quoting/invoicing.

• Identify and update budget changes and variances from event to event.

• Onboarding new staff, adding them to our database and setting up training calls.

• Site Visits

• Client Calls

• Lead pre-production planning for larger projects.

• Overseeing day to day logistics, for staff, vans, warehouse.

• Signing staff into larger events.

• Troubleshoot and handle any issues during live events or post event upon client feedback.

• Support and motivate the team.

• Identify and develop person objectives and training needs for team members.


Person Specification:

• Proven event experience preferably in the B2B & B2C sector.

• Ability to manage large and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Energetic, proactive, and able to lead change.

• Effective under pressure with a strong industry understanding.

• Willingness to network and represent the company within the industry.

• Ideally have experience using Mac, Google Drive.
