Airbnb Property Manager – Steps Properties

Steps Properties are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented property manager to oversee their portfolio of Airbnb listings. You will be responsible for all aspects of guest relations, property maintenance, and ensuring a smooth operation for our rentals.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a strong emphasis on results and driving successful bookings for our properties. Training will be provided to the right candidate. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling property descriptions, optimise pricing strategies, and handle guest inquiries through the platform.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, handle reservations, provide check-in/check-out instructions, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout stays.
  • Oversee cleaning services, schedule and manage routine maintenance, and ensure properties are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Increase the company's portfolio
  • Stay up-to-date on local regulations for short-term rentals and ensure properties adhere to all guidelines
  • Generate reports on bookings, revenue, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
