Due to a sustained period of growth and store expansion, Natuzzi/Designer Sofas Group are currently recruiting for a full-time, experienced Administrator at the Head Office based at Brent Cross Retail Park.

We would love you to join our team, working for an internationally acclaimed luxury furniture brand based throughout the UK. 

While specific retail experience isn’t essential, we are looking for applicants who have admin experience, a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, together with a huge amount of enthusiasm, drive and personality.

Role includes:

  • Administrative and Clerical tasks to support the office,
  • Dealing with customer queries,
  • Liasing with multiple logistics companies

Qualification:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively,
  • Excellent verbal communication skills,
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • Ability to adapt to new computerised systems quickly
  • Must have GCSE English, Maths
